This switch offers a number of unique features, the highlight being the patented Contour Locking System, allowing it to be a stand alone unit, or locked together with other switches. The control knob can be removed by switching to an counterclockwise 45° position. Three removable side plates provide access of up to 1/0 cables. The rear cover insulating the rear terminals against any short circuits. This ensures that the switch meets ABYC requirements. BEP Marine Battery Switch Test Procedures (UL 1107) Continuous (1 hour), intermittent (5 minutes) & Cranking (engine starting – 10 seconds). The test is to determine the maximum current the switch can handle for the stated time, without the rear terminals exceeding 100°C (212°F) above the ambient temperature. The continuous and intermittent ratings are tested at 110% of specified ratings. All BEP switches are tested Independently to this specification by a 3rd party laboratory.

The JC100 is sealed to IP66 to enable it to operate in extreme environments. With all the components contained within the handle, and standing only 70mm high, it is ideal for mounting in low profile panels and arm rests. Installation time has been reduced through the use of a standard electronic connector, and the joystick has been designed for maintenance-free operation throughout its operating life of greater than five million operations.
The versatile 7180 Flip Light is the perfect choice for any map, reading, and courtesy light applications. The unique switched lens concept allows the light to be directed and controlled by the lens. The 7180 can be mounted directly or with the optional clip in bezel.
